This exciting and vibrant annual event honors Gaelic culture and history through live musical performances, traditional Irish step dancing, and a range of other Emerald Isle-inspired activities.

All age groups will find something to love about this festival, which features a fun Kiddie’s area full of exciting inflatable “bouncy castles” and other diverting and child-friendly activities.

For grown-ups, the Colorado Irish Festival offers an assortment of pub nights, Gaelic sports, Irish masses, and traditional Irish food and drink. It’s safe to say that a drop or two of dark, barley-scented Guinness beer will be imbibed during the festivities. However, teetotalers may also enjoy access to wholesome activities in and out of doors.

Headlining musical acts at the festival will include folk duo Beth Gadbaw & Margot Krimmel, Irish fiddlers The Comas, and folk-rock group, The Hounds of Finn. This trio of acts is just a sampling of groups and performers who will play Celtic-inspired music on the festival’s main stage, so do come out and dance while celebrating your own Irish heritage.

In addition, there will be a pipe and drum band competition that promises to be a rousing good time for all participants and festival attendees.

Dance events features at the Colorado Irish Festival include a competition for young Irish step dancers, who will take to the stage dressed in all of the traditional finery of Ireland. Be sure to come out and support these youngsters as they show off their skills at the festival.
