San Diego Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The 31st Annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations in San Diego are due to take place on Saturday, March 12. The Parade starts off at Fifth Avenue and Juniper Street. The theme for this years Parade is ‘Irish Culture’ and it will include over 150 entries including marching bands, scouts, clowns, police and fire departments, equestrian entries, bagpipers, dancers, Irish representitives, vintage cars and much more!

The days Festivities will kick off with Mass in the Imperial House at 7am. The Festival Area opens at 9am before the Flag Raising Ceremony at 10am, followed then by the Parade. The Irish Festival in Balboa Park will include live entertainment from 11am, food and craft traders from 9am, beer gardens, a ‘Celtic Village’ and Kid’s Zone. The day is guaranteed to be fun for all the family!
