Rock To North Little Rock St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Arkansas – March 12, 2011

Little Rock, Arkansas goes Gaelic on March 12th, 2011, as locals and tourists celebrate the 12th annual Rock To Little Rock St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

This celebration of Irish heritage is held in downtown Little Rock. The parade winds its way across the scenic Arkansas River, and ends up in North Little Rock.

This yearly event always offers lots of fun things and see and do, including wonderful marching bands, a wide range of decorative floats, and even a procession of Irish wolfhounds! After the parade itself, a special live performance is held on the main stage – this year, it celebrates the legacy of Irish dance and music.
