We work hard to ensure that our product selection, product availability, reliable delivery, and superior customer service work together to create a great shopping experience.

If you find any of our products on any other website at a lower price, within 10 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference.

Here's how it works:

• The item must be the identical product, including model, metal type, metal color, weight, width etc…
• The price you wish us to match must be verifiable on the Internet.
• Competitors coupons or promotions for first time or one time use, will be considered non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the low price guarantee.

Any sales tax or shipping costs will not be included as part of the price match calculation.

Sales Tax Policy

United States

We will not charge any sales tax to orders shipped to the United States. Any duties charged by the US customs will be paid for by us.

European Union

For all orders shipped within the EU, 21.5% VAT will be applied. Duties are not charged to shipments made within the EU.

Rest of the World

For orders shipped to the rest of the world, no sales tax applies. However, any duties charged by customs is the responsibility of the customer. Our shipping agent will collect duties on behalf of customs if any apply.
